| Job Description Green Building, HVAC, and Building Automation We are currently looking for qualified individuals who have good interactive skills and solid experience with trouble shooting DDC systems, preferably Alerton. He/she will act as the primary customer interface and should be proficient with technical talks, preparing written service reports, managing services and small owner direct projects and preparing weekly timesheets. This position is expected to be 90% productive and will performing the work on-site or remotely. What you will be doing: o Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. o Program DDC controls following specific sequence of operations o Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that HVAC controls continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings |

| Qualifications Qualified candidates MUST: o Building/Construction knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction or repair of control systems. o Public Safety/Security knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures. o Design knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. o Engineering/Technology knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. (Including applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.) o Possess first class oral & written communication skills, and knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. o Be able to work independently in a small business environment with strong relationship building skill |
