| Job Description Green Building, HVAC, Sales and Marketing We are currently looking for qualified individuals to help us establish, grow, manage and expand the Automatic Building Controls LLC Service Contract Base. This individual will also be responsible for pursuing service agreements with the former Automatic Building Controls LLC customer base. What you will be doing: o New business development in conjunction with Field Engineer to develop leads and quote retrofit projects o Establish marketing and promotional procedures for HVAC and Direct Digital Control products o Sales responsibilities include developing contacts with design engineers, building maintenance engineers and owners o Estimating of installations of installations for both HVAC equipment and DDC systems o Ideally the Service Sales Account Executive will be required to make sales calls on potential customers |

| Qualifications Qualified candidates MUST: o Have a college degree in a building related science or other relevant expertise o Be well connected in the commercial building industry o Prior success in the industry with awareness of industry and technical material o Have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in the area of Green Building and successful sales experience in HVAC Controls or Building Automation Systems o Possess first class oral & written communication skills o Be able to work independently in a small business environment o Strong relationship building skills, customer focused and disciplined o Needs-based sales skills with a passion for the sale o Be honest, trustworthy, and dependable All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
