The EPS assessment focuses on optimizing your facilities energy consumption, reducing the environmental impact of your building, and reducing facility energy costs. Assessments are completed by Automatic Building Controls, LLC technical staff which includes engineers and specialists. Each assessment team provides a wide range of experience and knowledge to address the individual needs of your facility.

We provide you with an educational assessment on energy efficiency which includes an on-site visit to evaluate energy project opportunities in subsystems such as lighting, motors, HVAC, air quality, sensors, and major controls equipment. At this time we also collect pertinent information on your facility and work with you to complete an EPS Pre-Assessment Questionnaire in order to assist with developing a site-specific EPS plan. 

Our qualified assessors look at everything from best available technology, methods of operation and even Low or No-Cost options. The EPS assessment helps you realize the benefits of efficient energy management by identifying optimization findings and making recommendations on potential energy-saving opportunities.
